We did it!
Well we survived our first week back to the world of chaos. It wasn't too bad but there was a lot going on! Aiden started daycare on Tuesday and seemed to do really quite well, he loves watching the other kids and all the time they spend outside (we love LISA). He was really good for us to at night, tired and ready for bed and happy to fall asleep-which was awesome. We had some adjustment times to new eating schedules or a few middle of the night stirs but overall really good. I worked at leaving early and getting my butt out of Red Bluff to be there to pick him up as much as possible, while still pumping at work and trying to keep Aiden time sacred when we get home and working after he went down. Kellin is drop-off dad in the morning and does great at changing our son's new morning poop diaper (yeah we poop again daily) and was very busy at work, since Dora went to Alaska this week so he is flying solo... He also works 3 nights at the Braided Mane so that added a bit of new to our lives. Still we made it and we got great news that my sister got her 1st job from college on Friday -actually her dream job which meant we had to celebrate- watermelon margaritas at Chevy's ! Of course after this crazy week I came home and got laundry going, baby stuff put away, house cleaned up, only to remember that my cell phone was in my pants in the WASH! So Saturday morning I got to use my upgrade and get a new phone...I guess something this week had to go down, it just wouldn't be fair if it went perfect. Luckily, it was something that could be fixed and now we are all enjoying a relaxing Saturday afternoon (husband and son napping and me catching up). We are getting by and learning that life is precious. So here's to many more posts about surving the weeks (especially with 30 new fourth graders on the way). Hope you are all well! Love ya!
